Author Guidelines

True Agriculture Magazine is a peer-reviewed, open-access monthly publication dedicated to highlighting novel innovations, sustainable technologies, and progressive practices in agriculture and allied sectors. The Editorial Board comprises senior professors, researchers, subject matter specialists, and research scholars from leading agricultural institutions and universities across India.

All submitted articles undergo a thorough review process by the Chief Editor and Subject Matter Editors. Articles that do not conform to our guidelines or formatting requirements will not be accepted for publication. If revisions are required, the manuscript will be returned to the authors for improvement before final acceptance.

Only original “Popular Articles” or “Technical Articles” that have not been published previously or are not under consideration elsewhere should be submitted.

Upon acceptance, the copyright of the article will belong to the publisher.

General Guidelines

  1. Publication Frequency: Articles are published in each monthly issue.
  2. Membership Requirement: All authors must hold an annual membership.
  3. Membership Benefits: Each author receives a membership certificate and a unique membership ID upon payment of the membership fee.
  4. Publication Charges:

    • Publication is free for annual members.

    • A nominal fee applies if co-authors are non-members.

    • Please refer to the Publication Fees page for details.

  5. Submission Format: Only properly formatted articles are accepted (see Sample Article).
  6. File Type: Articles must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc / .docx).
  7. Submission Deadline: Each issue has a fixed submission deadline displayed on the homepage. Articles received after the due date will be considered for the next issue.
  8. Article Length: Articles should be concise and informative, typically 2–4 pages.
  9. Structure: Every article should include an Introduction and a Conclusion.
  10. Content Quality: Articles should be informative, innovative, and focused on current or emerging topics.
  11. Visuals: Inclusion of tables, figures, and high-quality photographs is encouraged.

Formatting Requirements

  • Title: Short, clear, and relevant to the content. Use Times New Roman, 14 pt, Bold.
  • Author Details: Full names and complete addresses of all authors should be provided below the title in Times New Roman, 12 pt.
  • The email address of the corresponding author must appear after the addresses in Times New Roman, 12 pt, Bold.
  • Text Body: Use Times New Roman, 12 pt.

    • Main Headings: 14 pt, Bold

    • Subheadings: 12 pt, Bold

  • Units and Measurements: Use the metric system (SI units) consistently.
  • Abbreviations: Provide full forms in tables or figures where applicable.
  • Standards: Follow conventions recommended by the International Union of Biochemistry (IUB) and the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC).
  • Data Sources: Clearly indicate sources for all data, tables, and figures.

Ethical Standards

  • Authors are solely responsible for plagiarism and originality of content.
  • Articles must not infringe upon any existing copyrights.

Article Submission

Articles should be submitted by the corresponding author through one of the following methods:

  • Online Submission: Use the “Submit Article Online” option available on the homepage.

Upon publication, a soft copy (PDF) of the article will be sent to the corresponding author’s registered email address. Authors may also download their published articles from the official website.
